The following significant conditions and general terms and conditions (the 'Terms') apply to the '€20 No Deposit Bonus on Gold Blitz Express™' (the 'Promotion') for https://www.williamhill.com (the 'Site'). The Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined (William Hill’, 'us', or 'we', or 'our') in the Terms & Conditions applicable to you. Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.  

 

a. The promotion is for new online customers only and runs from 12:00:01 (Ireland time) on 28.01.2026 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Promotion Terms (the ‘Promotion Period’).

 

b. New online customers are eligible to participate if they:

• are 18+
• are located in the Republic of Ireland and
• register to open a new online William Hill account in Euros (€) during the Promotion Period. No deposit required.
  
  

c. A person who has previously registered on the Site before the start of the Promotion Period shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion, even if they create another account during the Promotion Period.

 

d. This Promotion is available on Gold Blitz Express™ game only.

 

e. To receive the bonus of €20 new customers must:

• open their online account in Euros during the Promotion Period and pass all necessary verification checks
• opt-in into the offer on the promo page
  
  

f. The Bonus will be credited immediately once opted in.

 

g. The Bonus is valid for 72 hours from the time of crediting (the ‘Bonus Period’) and can be used on Gold Blitz Express™ only. The unused Bonus will be removed.

 

h. A wagering requirement of 35x €20 applies to this Promotion. Any stake qualifying for this promotion that is taken from the Bonus Balance will be taken off the wagering requirement. Any amount of stake taken from the main balance will not be taken off the wagering requirement.

 

i. The wagering requirements must be met within the Bonus Period. Customers cannot withdraw the Bonus, or any winnings from the Bonus used, until the wagering requirements are met.  

 

j. If the Bonus Balance falls below €0.10 at any time, the funds in it will be deleted.

 

k. The percentage of the total stake that must be contributed from the Bonus Balance to meet the wagering requirement is the stake contribution. The stake contributions for this Promotion are set out in the table below:

l. Any winnings from this Promotion will be split between the Bonus Balance and main account balance in proportion to the percentage of the stake contributions. Notwithstanding the value of any winnings in the Bonus Balance, only up to €20 may be redeemed into the main account balance as winnings from the Promotion.

 

m. Customers can only opt-in to the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. If customers take part in the Promotion they will not be eligible for any other new customer promotion.

 

n. The Promotion is only available to customers with an online account accessing services through our website or mobile app. It is not available in shop or through our tele betting service.

 

o. This Promotion is limited to one per person, household, device, e-mail address, payment method account and/or mobile device, and/or mobile number.

 

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following: 

• using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimizes risks or opposite betting); 
• sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you; 
• colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion; 
• taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and 
• purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus. 
  
  

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either: 

• void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or 
• remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer. 
  
  

3. We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to: 

• receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.  
• place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or 
• materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.  
  
  

4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations. 

 

5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by us that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops. 

 

6. We have the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service. 

 

7. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:  

• without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or  
• by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for commercial reasons).  
  
  

8. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion. 

 

9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final. 

 

10. Your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, is governed by our general terms and conditions (currently available here). You must read the general terms and conditions, as well as these terms and conditions, before you take part in this promotion. If any of these terms and conditions conflict with the general terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail to that extent.

12. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Malta. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of Malta.
