The following significant conditions and general terms and conditions (the 'Terms') apply to the ' Get a €60 Bonus when you deposit and stake €10 ' (the 'Promotion') for williamhill.com (the 'Site'). The Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (please see below) (‘William Hill’, 'us', or 'we', or 'our'). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

• The promotion runs from 00:01:00 (IST time) on Wednesday 10^th September, 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these promotional terms (the promotion period).
• The promotion is only available to new customers in the Republic of Ireland that open an online account in euro via the William Hill website and pass all necessary verification checks. If you take part in the promotion, you will not be eligible for any other new customer promotion.
• The promotion is only available to customers accessing services through our website. It is not available in shop, through our tele betting service or through our mobile app.
• This promotion is only available on William Hill Gold Blitz™ Extreme, Big Bass Splash, Gold Blitz™ Ultimate, Fu Wǔ Shī Gold Blitz Ultimate™, Big Bass Bonanza, Bucket of Bass™ (the promotion games).
• The maximum bonus is €60. The bonus is awarded as follows: a €20 Free Bet (credited as 1 x €20 denominations into your account) to be redeemed on the promotion games only (the Vegas bonus); and a further €40 of Free Bets (credited as 4 x €10 denominations into your account) to be redeemed on sportsbook markets only (the sportsbook bonus).
• The Free Bet is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash or partially redeemed.
• The Vegas bonus must be redeemed within 72 hours from issue (the Vegas bonus period).
• The wagering requirement must be met within the Vegas bonus period. You cannot withdraw your bonus, or any winnings from bonus you have used, until you have met the wagering requirement.
• The sportsbook bonus must be redeemed within 30 days from issue (the sportsbook bonus period).
• Any bonus that has not been redeemed before the end of the bonus period will be deleted.
• Your winnings from wagers placed using your Free Bet are calculated as the total returns less the amount staked (including the amount of the Free Bet staked). The value of your Free Bet is therefore not included in, and cannot be withdrawn as part of, any winnings you make from your Free Bet.
• The full value of each bonus should be redeemed in one stake. Any portion of the bonus that is not staked will be voided. A bonus can only be used once.
• If your bonus balance falls below (€0.10) at any time, the funds in it will be deleted.
• A wagering requirement of 30 x €20 applies to the Vegas Bonus. Any stake qualifying for this promotion that is taken from your bonus balance will be taken off the wagering requirement. Any amount of stake taken from your main balance will not be taken off the wagering requirement.
• The percentage of the total stake that must be contributed from your bonus balance to meet the wagering requirement is the stake contribution. The stake contributions for this promotion are set out in the table below.

• Any winnings from this promotion will be split between your bonus balance and main account balance in proportion to the percentage of the stake contributions.
• You can withdraw your qualifying €10 deposit for the ‘Vegas’ promotion at any time (except where we must withhold these funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations), however you will lose your entitlement to the Vegas Bonus as a result.
• You can “cash out” your qualifying bet for the ‘Sportsbook’ promotion at any time (except where we must withhold these funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations), however your stake will no longer constitute a qualifying bet for participation in this promotion and you will lose your entitlement to the Sportsbook Bonus as a result.

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to be prohibited practices under our terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following.
   • using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimizes risks or opposite betting);
   • sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
   • colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the Promotion;Claiming multiple welcome bonuses across platforms, i.e. Vegas, bingo and poker.
   • taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
   • purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we have reasonable grounds to conclude is unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
   • void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
   • remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
3. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets or stakes in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
   • receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the Promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
   • place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; ormaterially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
   • materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by us that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the [William Hill] website, the [William Hill] iOS or Android Mobile app.
6. We have the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
7. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
   1. without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
   2. by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for commercial reasons).
8. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
