Ayr Racecourse

Ayr is the most-westerly course in the UK and stages racing all year round. You can see Flat or Jumps racing at Ayr, depending on what time of year you choose to visit.

The track

There are two courses at Ayr – the Round Course and the Straight Course. Both are left-handed. On heavy ground Ayr can be one of the most-gruelling tracks in the country.
