• This promotion (the “Welcome Promotion”) runs this month (the “Promotion Period”).
• To be eligible to participate in this promotion, players must :
  • be a new registered customer and during account registration, enter the code ‘W26’; 
  • have an online William Hill account in pound sterling and pass all necessary verification checks; and
  • be based in the UK accessing services through our website or mobile apps. 
• During the Promotion Period and provided that the player has registered using the code ‘W26’, eligible players must click ‘Opt in’ displayed on the promotion’s page to take part in this Welcome Promotion. Players who do not enter the code W26 at the point of registration will not be eligible for this Welcome Promotion, even if they subsequently ‘Opt in’.
• Once players have opted in, a bonus amount of £20 (the “Bonus”) will be credited immediately after Opt in and can only be used on William Hill Rainbow Riches Pick n Mix (the “Promotion Game”).
• Participating players can only take part in this Welcome Promotion once and receive a maximum of one Bonus under the Promotion Period. 
• If you take part in this Welcome Promotion, you will not be eligible for any other new customer promotion.
• The Bonus shall be valid for 72 hours after it is credited (the “Bonus Period”) and is subject to a wagering requirement of x10. The Bonus must be wagered within the Bonus Period on the Promotion Game. Any unused Bonus funds and any winnings generated from the Bonus funds shall be deleted upon expiry of the Bonus Period.
• Subject to the wagering requirements being met, the maximum amount that can be redeemed as winnings from this Welcome Promotion is £25. Any winnings exceeding the £25 maximum redeemable amount will be removed from the player’s balance.
• If you have more than one of our promotions active on your account, the wagering requirements for the promotions will be met in the order that you opted into each promotion. The expiry period for each Bonus runs without interruption from the time that Bonus is granted. The processing of wagering requirements in the order of ‘Opt in’ does not stop, pause or extend the expiry period of any other bonus. Accordingly, in the event another bonus is being wagered first, the expiry countdown for all other bonuses continues to run and the player must still complete each bonus’s wagering requirements within the applicable bonus expiry period
• One bonus per person, address, email address, debit card, or IP address.

Use of Funds and Wagering Requirements

1. Only restricted funds (bonus funds) will be used to contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement for this promotion. Any play on the Promotion Game that uses restricted funds will count toward the wagering requirement.
2. When you place a bet on the Promotion Game, the amount required will be taken from your restricted bonus balance first. If the bet amount exceeds the available restricted funds, the remaining portion will be taken from your main balance. Any amount taken from your main balance will not contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement.
3. Bonus funds cannot be combined with real money to meet the minimum bet requirement for the Promotion Game. If your restricted funds are lower than the minimum amount required to place a bet, you will not be able to place a bet using the bonus, and the bonus will be removed.
4. If your restricted bonus balance falls below £0.10, all remaining bonus funds will be deleted and the promotion will end. Until the wagering requirement has been fully met, you cannot withdraw your bonus funds or any winnings generated from bonus funds.

Winnings and Redemption

1. Any winnings generated on the Promotion Game will be allocated between your restricted bonus balance and your main balance in proportion to the percentage of the bet that was funded from each balance. If part of your bet used restricted funds and part used real money, winnings will be divided accordingly.
2. Regardless of the total amount won, no more than £25 may be redeemed into your main balance as winnings from this promotion. Any value above this limit will not be transferred to your main balance.

Completion or Expiry of the Promotion

1. Once the wagering requirement has been met, the promotion will automatically end. Eligible winnings generated from the Promotion Game will then be transferred to your main balance. You may then either:
   • withdraw these winnings as cash, or
   • use them to play any game that is not the Promotion Game
2. If the wagering requirement is not met within the Bonus Period, any unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be deleted from your account.

Cancelling this promotion

1. You can cancel this Welcome Promotion at any time by:
   • clicking on ‘Cancel’ on the promotion’s page on our website; or
   • contacting our Customer Services team using the contact details on our website. 
2. When you have cancelled this Welcome Promotion, your access to the Bonus will cease and you will no longer be able to participate in it. If you have not met the wagering requirement, any bonus you have not used, and winnings from bonus you have used, will be deleted from your bonus balance.

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following.
   • Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting).
   • Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.
   • Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in;
   • Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage)in relation to the promotion;

   • Taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and

   • Purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

   • void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or

   • remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.

3. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:

   • receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the Promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
   • place the remaining qualifying bets required by the Promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the Promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
   • materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the Promotion.

4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.

6. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

7. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
   • without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or

   • by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for commercial reasons). 

8. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.

9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
