Key Terms

1. This promotion is available in William Hill shops only, running from shop opening on 3rd November 2025 until shop closing on 31st March 2026, or until all Welcome Vouchers have been issued, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). 

2. A maximum of 50 Welcome Vouchers will be issued per shop, with a maximum of 66,500 vouchers available estate wide during the Promotion Period.

3. You must register as a ‘Vegas Club’ customer in-shop to be eligible for this promotion (new registrations only). Registration is completed via a William Hill colleague at the counter in shop.

4. When you register as a Vegas Club customer, you will be issued with a “Welcome Voucher”) by shop staff, which comprises of 4x £5 cash match codes (each a “£5 Code”) for use on in shop gaming machines. One Welcome Voucher per Customer.

5. The £5 Codes in the Welcome Voucher can be claimed by logging in to your Vegas Club account on a gaming machine (via PLUS card or username account) and entering one of the 12-digit codes from the Welcome Voucher. Each £5 Code has a different redemption period and should be entered on the day you want to redeem it during the Promotion Period:
a. 1x £5 Code redeemable from shop opening on a Monday until shop closing on a Tuesday; 
b. 1x £5 Code redeemable from shop opening on a Wednesday until shop closing on a Thursday; 
c. 1x £5 Code redeemable from shop opening on a Friday until shop closing on a Saturday; 
d. 1x £5 Code redeemable from shop opening on a Sunday until shop closing on a Monday.

6. Each £5 Code can be redeemed only once during the Promotion Period, and only on the set days prescribed above.. Any individual £5 Code not redeemed or used during the Promotion Period will expire.

7. To redeem a £5 Code, you must enter the relevant 12-digit code and make a Qualifying Stake. A “Qualifying Stake” is £5 staked in a single gaming session (as a single £5 stake or a series of smaller stakes totalling £5) on any game using cash or credit metre winnings only, on any game on a gaming machine in William Hill shops only. The use of promotional or reward credits do not count towards a Qualifying Stake.

8. Once the Qualifying Stake has been played through, £5 in free credit will automatically be added to your credit meter.

9. Each £5 free credit:
a. is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash; 
b. must be played through in its entirety in a single gaming session and cannot be carried over;
c. if play ceases before all free credit has been used, the remaining balance will be lost. 
d. winnings derived from free credit will show in the machine’s credit bar and can be withdrawn immediately,
e. is subject to a maximum winnings cap of £500,
f. has no additional wagering requirements.

General Terms and Conditions

a) We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to breach these terms and conditions. We define these types of play as the following:

• using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);

• sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;

• colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the Promotion;

• taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus; and

• purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.

b) If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

• void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or

• remove any winnings relating to any bonus.

c) In addition to these terms and conditions, your participation in any gaming or wagering made available in William Hill shops is governed by our general terms (the "Fair Deal Rules") which are displayed in our shops available on request from shop staff. You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood the Fair Deal Rules and these terms and conditions before taking part in this Promotion. In the case of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Fair Deal Rules, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

d) William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these Promotion Terms (and/or the Fair Deal Rules); or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the Promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:

• receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the Promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.

• place the remaining qualifying bets required by the Promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the Promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or

• materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the Promotion.

e) Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations. 

f) You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.

g) William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold Free Bets (or any winnings from Free Bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

h) We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:

• without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or

• by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for commercial reasons).

i) We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.

j) We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.

k) These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
