Significant Conditions: Final One Standing

 

1. The promotion runs from 28th July 2025 at 09:00 (UK time) until 23:59 on the last day of the English Premier League 25/26 season (expected to be on or around 26th May 2026) (UK time) (the “Promotion Period”).

• A “Matchweek” means each set of English Premier League fixtures up to and including Matchweek 32 (which commences on or around 11th April 2026).
• A “League” means a competition within Final One Standing in which Eligible Customers can participate from a specific Matchweek. Each League is made up of individual “Rounds”, where each Round corresponds to a single Matchweek of English Premier League fixtures.
• A “Public League” is a type of League created and managed by William Hill, which is made available to Eligible Customers in the “Lobby” section of Final One Standing (“FOS Lobby”) and offers a cash prize to the winner(s). Each Public League is a separate competition with its own entry deadline and jackpot prize.
• A “William Hill Private League” is a type of League created by an Eligible Customer and made available to selected players who either (i) receive and enter the unique League Code generated for that William Hill Private League in the "Join" section of Final One Standing; or (ii) enter by following a shared direct link / QR code to the relevant William HIll Private League entry page.  There is no jackpot prize available (whether funded by William Hill or players) for William Hill Private Leagues and no money can be exchanged between players for participation in the same.  Each William Hill Private League is a separate competition with its own entry deadline.
• A “Third Party Private League” is a type of League created and managed by William Hill’s approved third-party partners, which is made available to Eligible Customers and offers a cash prize (or share of a cash prize) to the winner(s). Each Third Party Private League is a separate competition with its own set of terms and conditions, entry deadline and jackpot prize.

These terms and conditions apply to the following categories of Leagues only:

• Public Leagues; and
• William Hill Private Leagues
  

1. sharing their specific selections for their William Hill Private League;
2. sharing the unique League Code which is generated for their William Hill Private League upon creation; or 
3. sharing a direct link / QR code to the relevant William Hill Private League entry page.

10. Once a player has made their selection, the League will appear in their FOS Lobby and “My Leagues” section. A player will not be able to join or make a selection for that specific League after this time.

11. Players who select a winning team in a Round will advance to the next Round. To remain in the League, advancing players must submit a new team selection before the start of each subsequent Round (i.e., before the first scheduled fixture of each Matchweek). Players who select a losing team in a Round will be eliminated from the relevant League.

 

12. League eliminations:

(i) Public Leagues: If a player fails to make a team selection before the next Round of a Public League starts, they will be automatically eliminated from that League.
(ii) William Hill Private Leagues: If a player fails to make a team selection before the start of the next Round of a William Hill Private League, one of the following outcomes will apply, dependent on the rule selected by the League creator at the time the League was created:

a. the player will be automatically assigned the worst-ranked available team for that Round ( (i.e. the team ranked lowest in the English Premier League standings at the start of the Matchweek that the player is yet to select);

b. the player will be automatically assigned the best-ranked available team for that Round (i.e. the team ranked highest in the English Premier League standings at the start of the Matchweek that the player is yet to select); or

c. the player will be eliminated from the League.

 

The applicable outcome is fixed at the point the League is created and cannot be changed.

13. Each team may only be selected once per League. A different team must be selected in each Round.

14. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers may only enter one Public League at any one time unless a new Public League opens with a jackpot prize of £/€100,000 or more. In such cases, that Public League will be open to all Eligible Customers, regardless of whether they are already participating in another active League. There is no limit on the number of William Hill Private Leagues a player can enter at any one time.

15. Participation in Public Leagues and William Private Leagues is free to play; no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

16. A League will conclude when one of the following occurs: 

(i) Only one player remains in the Round after selecting a winning team; 

(ii) All remaining players are eliminated in the same Round after each making a losing pick; or 

(iii) Two or more players have each used all 20 teams without making an incorrect pick.

 

17. For Public Leagues only, any jackpot prize will be paid out on conclusion of the relevant Public Leage (a defined in paragraph 16 above) as follows:

1. One player left in a Round after selecting a winning team “takes all”;
2. Where all players are eliminated in the same Round after making a losing pick, the jackpot prize will be split equally among those players. Players eliminated in earlier Rounds will not receive a share of the jackpot;
3. where two or more players have each used all 20 teams without making an incorrect pick, those players will be deemed joint winners, and the jackpot prize will be split equally among them.

18. If a League is still active at the end of the English Premier League season, that League will be closed. For any active Public Leagues, the jackpot prize for that Public League will be split equally among players who selected a winning team in the final Round. Public League jackpot prizes:

1. The jackpot prize available for each Public League which a player has entered will be shown in their FOS Lobby and, once entered, within their “My Leagues” section of Final One Standing for as long as the player remains in that League.
2. The jackpot prize available for the first Public League which opens in Matchweek 1 (“Matchweek 1 Public League”) is £/€500,000. The jackpot prize available for all other Public Leagues which open after the Matchweek 1 Public League will be determined by William Hill in its sole discretion and may vary. William Hill provides no warranty or guarantee that subsequent Public League jackpot prizes will be of equal or comparable value to the Matchweek 1 Public League jackpot prize. The jackpot prize amount for each Public League in which a player is eligible to enter will be made visible to Eligible Customers in their FOS Lobby before the relevant Public League opens.
3. The jackpot prize for each Public League will be awarded when the relevant Public League concludes (as set out in paragraph 16 above).

19. Any winnings will be paid in cash and credited to the winner’s William Hill main account balance, within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant League reaching its conclusion.No jackpot prizes (cash or otherwise) will be awarded in respect of any William Hill Private League.

 

Standard Game Rules

20. Eligible Customers may enter any League of Final One Standing that is displayed and made available for play in their FOS Lobby. Leagues which are not displayed in the player’s FOS Lobby are not available for entry.

21. Individual Public Leagues will open for specific Matchweeks as determined by William Hill in its sole discretion. Public Leagues for which a player is eligible to play will be displayed in their FOS Lobby before the relevant League opens.

22. A Matchweek shall not occur during any period in which: 

1. no English Premier League matches occur (e.g.  when international football matches take place);
2. rounds of the FA Cup occur involving 50% or more of the football teams in the English Premier League;  
3. rounds of the English Football League Cup occur involving 50% or more of the football teams in the English Premier League; or
4. more than 50% of the scheduled English Premier League matches are cancelled or rescheduled to occur in another Matchweek for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation), due to weather or as happened during the COVID-19 pandemic.
   
   

23. If the selected team’s match is postponed, the player will automatically advance to the next Round of the relevant League. However, the postponed team will still be considered ‘used’ and cannot be selected again in that League.
 
24. Where a selected team is scheduled to play more than one fixture within a single Matchweek, the player may choose which of the team’s two fixtures (according to the official English Premier League schedule) will count for the purposes of the Round. The result of the chosen fixture will determine whether the player advances to the next Round or is eliminated.

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:

1. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
2. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
3. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
4. taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in;
5. using more than one account per household or per IP address;
6. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
7. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
   
   

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

1. 1. void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
   2. remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
      
      

3. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (i) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (ii) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:

1. receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
2. place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
3. materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.

 

4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

 

5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.

 

6. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

8. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.

 

9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
