Significant Conditions - Lucky Stable

1. The promotion runs from 00:01 (UK time) on Saturday 14th February 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on Thursday 31st December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is only available to players residing in the UK or Ireland who have a registered William Hill online account (“Eligible Customers”).
3. Eligible Customers can participate in this promotion via the William Hill website (williamhill.com) or iOS or Android mobile app.
4. For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
   • A “Game” means a free-to-play game within Lucky Stable in which Eligible Customers can participate in relation to a specific horse racing meeting or a set of race meetings on a single calendar day.
   • A “Stable” means the five horses randomly allocated to a customer for a particular Game.
   • A “Lobby” means a Lucky Stable lobby within the William Hill website or iOS or Android mobile app where Games are displayed and accessed by Eligible Customers.
5. During the Promotion Period, individual Game(s) will open for specific horse racing meeting(s) or a set of race meetings on a single calendar day, as determined by William Hill in its sole discretion. Game(s) for which Eligible Customers are able to play will be displayed in the Lobby before the relevant Game opens.
6. The jackpot prize will differ by Game and will be clearly displayed in the Lobby.
7. Entry mechanics:
   • To enter a Game, Eligible Customers must:
     1. Select “Play For free” on the relevant Game shown within the Lobby (via the William Hill website or iOS or Android app);
     2. Select “Reveal Stable” to be presented with five randomly allocated horses that make up your Stable for that Game. The five horses are randomly selected from the eligible runners in the relevant races, with one horse selected per race. Eligible Customers cannot choose, change or otherwise influence the horses allocated; and
     3. Finish with three or more winning horses in their Stable winning their respective races in order to receive an equal share of the Game’s jackpot prize.
8. Eligible Customer(s) may enter each Game once only and may draw only one Stable per Game. There is no limit on the number of different Games that an Eligible Customer may enter at any one time.
9. Upon revealing their Stable, the horses allocated to the Eligible Customer are final for that Game and cannot be redrawn by the Eligible Customer. William Hill may only amend a Stable in accordance with clause 21.
10. Once an Eligible Customer has revealed their Stable, the relevant Game will appear in the Lobby and “My Stable” section for live tracking.
11. An Eligible Customer will not be able to join a Game or reveal a Stable for a specific Game after the advertised Game deadline displayed in the Lobby has passed.
12. Participation in Games is free to play; no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
13. A Game will conclude once all races from the relevant race meeting, or the selected races within the Game for the relevant race day, have finished.
14. Jackpot prizes will be split and paid out in equal amounts to all Eligible Customers whose Stable contains three or more winning horses from the relevant race meeting or selected races.
15. If no Eligible Customer finishes a Game with a Stable containing three or more winning horses, the jackpot prize for that Game will not be won, and will not roll over to any subsequent Game.
16. Any winnings will be paid in cash and credited to the winner’s William Hill main account balance, within forty-eight (48) business hours of the relevant Game reaching its conclusion.
17. Any jackpot prize winnings will be paid in cash and credited to each winner’s William Hill main account balance within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant Game reaching its conclusion. Eligible Customers residing in Ireland will receive any jackpot prize winnings in euros (€). The amount payable for these winners will be converted from pounds sterling (£) to euros (€) using the GBP/EUR exchange rate applied by William Hill on the date the payment is processed. The exchange rate used will reflect a rate available from a recognised financial institution at that time.
18. Race results and winners are determined based on the official race result declared by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) or Horse Racing Ireland (HRI).

1. Eligible Customers may enter any Game of Lucky Stable that is displayed and made available for play in the Lobby. Games not displayed in the Lobby are not available for entry.
2. Games will open for a specific horse racing meeting or set of race meetings on a single calendar day, as determined by William Hill in its sole discretion.
3. In the event that one of the selections in an Eligible Customer’s Stable becomes a non-runner:
   • Any selection declared a non-runner will be automatically replaced with an alternative selection running in the same race (a “Replacement Selection”);
   • The Replacement Selection will be the horse in the same race with the next best Smart Score rating at the time the replacement is made; and
   • The Replacement Selection will be determined automatically and cannot be selected or changed by Eligible Customers.
4. In the event that one or more races in an Eligible Customer’s Stable are abandoned:
   • Any horse entered in an abandoned race will be void and will not be replaced with a selection from an alternative race; and
   • Where races are completed prior to an abandonment, the results of those completed races will still stand.
5. In the event of a race resulting in a Dead Heat (where two or more horses cannot be separated and are declared as finishing first), any selections that finish tied for first place will be classed as winner(s) for settlement purposes.
6. An Eligible Customer’s Stable will include individual Racing Post Smart View rankings, displaying an overall horse rating based on attributes that include ability, trainer, jockey, course, distance, ground, draw, and jumping. These rankings:
   • Are provided for informational purposes only, bear no relation to actual race odds or a horse’s chances of winning, and do not constitute betting advice, race predictions; and
   • Are not created, verified, or controlled by WH, and WH accepts no responsibility or liability for their accuracy, completeness, or performance.

Significant Conditions - Get £40 in Free Sports Bets

a) This promotion runs from 00:01:00 (UK time) on Saturday 21st February 2026 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these promotional terms (the “Promotion Period”).

b) The promotion is only available to new customers registering online for the first time in the United Kingdom in pound sterling, using the promo code LS40KEMP. If you take part in the promotion, you will not be eligible for any other new customer promotion.

c) Once your account is registered, you must make a real money deposit. You must then place a minimum £10 bet using cash funds on any sportsbook market (excluding Virtual Markets) at odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater using the William Hill website (williamhill.com) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (the “Qualifying Bet”).

d) The Qualifying Bet must be made in a single stake. Named bet types, such as Trixies and Lucky 15 will not count as Qualifying Bets.

e) Qualifying Bets can only be made on sportsbook markets, excluding “Virtual Markets” which means virtual horse racing, virtual greyhound racing, virtual football and any other virtual product(s) launched by William Hill from time to time.

f) Once the Qualifying Bet has settled, £40 of free bets (credited as 4 x £10 denominations – the “Free Bets”) will be credited to your account.

g) If you ‘cash out’ your Qualifying Bet or it is voided, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion.

h) The Free Bets:

1. Will expire if not used within 7 days (the “Bonus Period”). Any Free Bet not redeemed before the end of the Bonus Period will be deleted.
2. Can only be used once, on sportsbooks markets (excluding Virtual Markets);
3. Are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
4. Should be redeemed at the full value of each Free Bet (i.e. £10) in one stake. Any portion of the Free Bet that is not staked will be voided.

i) Customers are entitled to a maximum of £40 in Free Bets under this promotion.

j) The promotion is not available in our shops or through our telebetting service or to existing William Hill customers who already have an online account.
